Principal Points

Christian greetings. What joy to start another year of ministry! With our platform church - GCC - in a revival, it is expected that this year will see more salvations and deeper experiences with Christ. Equip College Network of Ministries (ECNM) is on the move with each ministry serving the Lord faithfully. Equip College has become ‘principal’ in the training, mentoring and caring for its extended global Christian family. We praise God for the positive things that are happening at these various ministries albeit through trials but together through Christ we overcome. Over the years I’ve seen, in spite of challenges, the ‘Pilgrim Church’ advance the sovereignty of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Great Commission in these various parts of the world and here in Australia too. We continue to follow our Lord’s pattern of discipleship training and are always mindful that we are engaged in ‘Our Father’s Business’ and for His glory. We remain in the “Vine” and branch out in the curriculum of Christ Jesus as we minister in His name and through the Holy Spirit. The statistics of the ministry at Equip College is embedded in fruitfulness and this by the grace of God.

Future Pastors, Evangelists, Educators and Leaders are receiving ‘deeply Biblical, highly practical and wisely theological’ training as they prepare themselves to fulfil the ‘call’ of God on their lives. Others who just hunger for the Word and in their calling as Christian disciples, study the Word for their Personal Development and Spiritual Formation. A special focus of study this year is the Book of Proverbs. Seeking “Wisdom” is the way to grow in grace since our Lord Jesus Christ is “Wisdom”. In “Wisdom”, the Great Commission is activated. Live and witness wisely for Christ! This is all so exciting - the ignition of faith is turned on, the gear is put in place, the feet shod with the Gospel of peace is taken off the brake, and Equip College with it’s associated network of ministries accelerates into the 2024 future - we “live [‘drive’] by faith and not by sight.”

So come join the convoy and be led by the Holy Spirit to drive on Christ’s road of faith, hope and love. It’s going to be a blessed journey and we will make a lot of BigW stops (Witness and Wisdom) on the way. The road of ministry at Equip College is beyond borders, equipping the “saints”, winning those who are lost, and driving through the crossroads in the power of the Spirit until our work on earth is done - “Your Kingdom come; on earth as it is in Heaven…” Le’go and let God…students and participants, as we build on no other foundation than that of Jesus Christ our Lord.

Equip College and ECNM will continue to equip people according to God’s Word and we will remain faithful to the end, knowing full well that we are assured of:

  1. God’s Faithful Presence - Matt. 28, “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” God’s presence brings guidance and direction to our lives. In God’s omni-presence we find wisdom, discernment, and clarity in decision-making. Psalm 139:7-10, “Where can I go from your Spirit? Or where can I flee from your presence? If I acend to Heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there! If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.”

  2. God’s Faithful Providence - Phil.4:19, “And my God will supply all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.” God will always provide our needs for the advancement of the Gospel.

  3. God’s Faithful Protection - Psalm 91:1-2, “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, ‘My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’” God will never leave us hopeless or helpless.

  4. God’s Faithful Promise - 2 Cor. 1:20, “For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through Him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.” Heb. 10:23, “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful.”

Please continue to pray for the college and ECNM.

Every blessing…
